Our wine is produced from freshly crushed grapes or grape juices sourced from across the United States. Red wine is made from fermenting the grapes together with the grape skins, which give red wine its bold, rich color. White wine is made from crushing grapes to extract the juice, then removing the skins before the fermentation process. During the fermentation process, residual sugar gets converted into alcohol, so the less residual sugar, the less sweet the wine.
